The rig consists of seven parts, including a power
system, transmission system, chassis system,
drawworks system, mast and traveling system,
control systems (hydraulic, air, electrical), and
matching accessories. The main configuration of
this model rig is as follows:
- Power System: CATC-15(475HP) engine S5610HR transmission and transfer case Hood of engine Series type double diesel tank.
- Carrier: 10X4 driving type, with chassis, axles,
tires (including spare tires), suspension, steering,
braking, cab, removable walkway and railing,
ladder of rig, tool box, stand tool cabinet.
- Drive system:
Right angle gear box Rotary drives 5 forward and
5 reverse Input and output chain and guard shield
Drive line Elevated chain case.
- Drawworks: Main drum and brakes (water splash
