Specifications
- Type: Vacuum Tank Trailer, DOT 407/412 spec, ASME “U" Stamp Certified
- Design Pressure: 35 PSI Internal and 15 PSI External, 53 PSIG Hydrostatic Test.
- Corrosion Allowance: 0.04" Head, 0.05" Shell
- Bumper: Heavy Duty Designed Per DOT requirements
- Walkway: Installed on drivers side of trailer; full length grip strut walkway with formed pipe handrails, center and rear access ladder, walkway support arm on each side of center access.
- Valves: 2-6" rear air operated butterfly valves with 6"-4" reducing elbows, 4" outboard valves.
- Reliefs: DOT specifications 407/412, stainless steel relief valve, located at the top front of barrel, 2" blow down line at rear.
- Manways: Three locations on top, one on rear head, all ASME 20" domed style with plated swing bolts and wing nuts.
- Shut Off: Ball type primary ahead of first manway with air operated isolation valve, ball type secondary 12 gallon on driver’s side front with drain.
- Over Turn Protection: Fully DOT complainant as required (pipe construction with longitudinal bracing)
- Level Gauge: Ball float with SS ball located in rear head
- V/P Gauge: 30-60 vacuum/pressure gauge
- Placards: 4-placard frames
- Fire Extinguisher: 1 dry chemical for hydrocarbons

- Hydraulic Drive Pump Package: Fruitland RC500 vacuum pump, 320 CFM@18"hg, 30 PSI pressure, belt drive, hydraulic drive motor, couplers and hose, mounted and plumed with oil catch muffler (25 GPM at 1000 RPM system requirement)
